What happens to our data if we stop paying?

Nothing. Your data is never held hostage — standings, history, and records stay readable, free, forever. Paid features switch off; the record stays.

Do my members ever pay?

No. The commissioner's payment covers every coach in the league. The only optional member purchase will be Coach AI, when it ships.

We'd start mid-cycle — March, April. Do we eat the missed months?

No. Your year is your year: 12 months from the day you upgrade, not a calendar season. Start in March, you're covered through next March — nothing prorated, nothing wasted, no partial-year math.
