USDA Week 1 Game of the Week

Louisville Cardinals vs. Ole Miss Rebels
Sunday Night • Nissan Stadium • Nashville

The USDA season gets an immediate heavyweight matchup as Coach Smith and the Ole Miss Rebels open the season against Louisville. The Rebels enter the game with expectations of competing for a major season, while Louisville comes in looking to make an early statement.

Ole Miss has plenty of firepower, led by quarterback Trinidad Chambliss and running back Kewan Lacy, two players expected to be central to the Rebels’ championship hopes. Chambliss’ dual-threat ability gives Louisville a difficult assignment from the opening snap.

Louisville won’t simply roll over, though. The Cardinals are coming off a 9-4 season and have the talent to make this a four-quarter fight. Their biggest challenge could be keeping pace with Ole Miss while dealing with an experienced Rebels defense.

USDA Prediction: Ole Miss survives a close opener, 34–27. If Coach Smith wants to announce that Ole Miss is ready to be a contender, this is the perfect stage.

The USDA season starts now. 🔥
