The Front
Rush at least three defenders on every snap. No call built around dropping the whole front into coverage — coverage is not a substitute for pressure.
Run the stunts and twists your own front is built to run. Hunting the one front-and-stunt combination that springs a rusher no protection can account for is not a scheme; it is a bug you are farming.
Let the front play the call. Hand-assigning a spy, or hand-dropping an end into coverage, is you playing a defense nobody called.
