S: FS ↔ SS only (no CB → S).
EDGE: LEDG ↔ REDG (no EDGE → DT).
ATH: where he is top five on your depth chart, no WR → TE, and post it in Athlete Declarations.

Formation and package substitutions stay unrestricted. This rule is about a player's listed position.
